Tannis Grauer is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner and "Real Food" Expert. Passionate about health, happiness, and helping others find balance in today’s hectic world, she assists clients in fostering practical nutrition habits that fit their 9 to 5.

With a background in Perinatal Nursing, Tannis was initially drawn to Holistic Healthcare and Natural Nutrition in pursuit of managing her own heath challenges related to autoimmunity and digestive dysfunction. It was then that she discovered the pivotal role that a nutrient dense, whole-food diet could play in supporting optimal health and wellbeing.

In 2016, Tannis graduated with Honours from Vancouver’s Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She now assists clients embarking on their on wellness journeys by providing evidence-based, holistic diet and lifestyle recommendations through writing, meal planning, recipe development, and nutrition counselling. Her “Real Food” approach to nutrition focuses on whole, minimally processed, quality ingredients that promote healing and compliment busy schedules.

When Tannis isn’t reading up on the latest nutrition and wellness trends or getting creative in the kitchen, she can usually be found hiking the North Shore mountains, deepening her yoga practice, planning her next trip abroad, or sharing some valuable down time over a home cooked meal with friends and family.
